- Location: In various regions and Countries of the world
- Job/Responsibilities: Collecting orders, scouting for contracts and/or be involved in the distribution/delivery of our products on our behalf to Customers

Dealership
As a Dealer, you will be directly or indirectly involved with the customers.
There are two (2) types of Dealers:
1. The D-Dealers: They deal directly with the Customers. They are the middle men between Pearl Kreations and the Customer(s) until the deal/business is closed.
The D-Dealer collects order(s) from Customers, reports them to a Pearl Kreations Customer Service Representative and delivers the package(s) to the Customer(s) once ready.
We have a non-negotiable sharing ratio of 60:40.
This means in dealing with us, Pearl Kreations takes sixty percent (60%) of the total revenue/profit, and the Dealer takes forty percent (40%) of the total revenue/profit.
2. The I-Dealer: They deal indirectly with the Customers. They are a ghost connection between the Customer(s) and Pearl CKreations.
The I-Dealer, just provide us with the names and contacts of potential Customers. A Pearl Kreations Customer Service Representative continues by registering the orders, and Pearl Kreations delivers the package(s) to the Customer(s) once they are ready.
We will keep you posted on all developments until the deal/business is concluded; except you would prefer not to be informed.
We have a non-negotiable sharing ratio of 70:30.
This means in dealing with us, Pearl Kreations takes seventy percent (70%) of the total revenue/profit, and the Dealer takes thirty percent (30%) of the total revenue/profit.
We believe the above are fair deals with simple terms.
The Dealers do not have any commitments nor do they procure any risks.
They get the customer(s), and/or report orders and deliver the package(s).
We pay in Canadian Dollars or equivalent (based on your preference) as soon as we are paid in full.
Partnership
As a Partner, you will be directly involved in the operations of Pearl Kreations. We share the risks and profits evenly.
Whenever Pearl Kreations has sales or special offers, its Partners will be contacted.
If a Partner wishes to be involved in a sale or offer, we initially provide the Partner with any amount (not greater 100 units) for half the price. If sold out, an extra order can be placed.
Once payment has been made and package delivered, the Partner is free to the sell products at regular price to the Customers, thereby making a profit.
However, if after placing an order, the products do not sell, Pearl Creations will not be held liable and such Partner will have incurred a loss.
All costs are fixed and non-negotiable; payable only in Canadian Dollars or equivalent.

Please fill in correctly, scan and send back to us within two (2) weeks of receiving it; otherwise the application will become void.
Once we receive the form and you have been approved, you will be notified, sent a copy of the brochure of your preferred product(s) and a Certificate.
Once certified, you will be free to begin work as a Dealer or a Partner.
Warning:
Pearl Kreations reserves the right to terminate the employment of a Dealer or Partner at anytime.
It may do so if any of the contract agreements is breached or due to managerial reason(s).
A Dealer or Partner may also terminate contract, but not during an ongoing transaction.
One is not permitted to be simultaneously a Dealer and a Partner. It is either one or the other.
To change, status, you must begin the application process all over again.
Qualification:
All Applicants must be 18 years or older with a credible form of national identification.
